USA Cycling’s National Championships race series covers 18 cities and 5 cycling disciplines. Upon review of their graphics for previous seasons, USA Cycling was concerned about the lack of a consistent identity for the events. The number of unrelated graphic files and signage made it difficult to create a cohesive presentation.
After brainstorming with the USA Cycling team, we proposed building a “graphic toolkit” that would help them create a solid foundation for the National Championships brand. The final toolkit includes a new modular mark that integrates the existing USA Cycling logo along with a set of guidelines and graphic files that is provided to partners and race coordinators to help them create their own materials.
