Over the last 7 years, Community Health Partnership (CHP) experienced a major shift in the structure and focus of their organization — transitioning from a regional care provider to Southern Colorado’s leader in facilitating dialogue and connecting healthcare partners across the region.
We worked together with the CHP team to find their compelling “why” and extend this new vision into the visual narrative and messaging on their website.
